Violator of a minor is sentenced to prison in Cancun

A judge of control decreed the connection to the trial against the defendant J.V, who is indicated in the research folder 56/218 for the crime of rape, to the detriment of a minor of reserved identity.

At the initial hearing, the authority imposed as a precautionary measure the justified preventive detention, for two years and with the closure of investigation four months, based on the evidence presented by the public prosecutor assigned to the Special Prosecutor for the Care of Crimes against Women and for Gender Reasons.
