Tourists report non-compliance with health protocols at the RIU Caribe hotel.

In Cancun, one of the best known RIU hotel chains is considered inefficient, since a great negligence on the part of the hotel has been reported in social networks by not verifying that the health and protection protocols are carried out for the prevention of Covid-19 .

Multiple users on social networks have made public that hotel staff did not wear their masks or mouth covers properly since they do not verify that the policies that were established are met so that they can re-elaborate.

Administrative staff of the hotel mentioned that “they are not responsible for what may happen during your stay.” Multiple tourists have asked that the hotel chain be sanctioned for its failure to comply with operational guidelines and that they are not qualified to operate in a pandemic.
