These states are under “Red Alert” or so the government says

Guanajuato, Jalisco, Puebla, Tamaulipas and Veracruz are the entities of Mexico considered “Red Alert” by the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC), said the owner of this new unit, Alfonso Durazo.

“There are specific points of violence that have been sustained over time, they have a long stretch, we will face them, of course. “

The official urged on Thursday, during his first press conference, elements of the Federal Police (PF)  contribute to the improvement of the “emergency situation” facing the country in terms of security.
