The multimillionaire founder of the investment firm Citadel, Ken Griffin, has paid 238 million dollars for an attic in New York, making it the most expensive house ever sold in the United States.
Located in a tower under construction next to Central Park, the apartment covers an area of 24, 000 square feet (about 2,230 square meters) spread over four floors.
