Narcos left a message for the government in Cancun

Last night around 11 PM 911 emergencies received a phone, in this call someone told police a group of hitmen hanged a cardboard with a message.
The cardboard was hanged in a public school at a popular zone in Cancun, authorities are now starting with investigations.
The message said ” Commander Neto of ministerial police of Cancun, keep using your dogs Alex Borges, La Sexys, Cesar Macho, Justo and Wady to steal from us, you took more than 3 million pesos and guns, now your head has a price and we are going to hang it outside the police.
