Motorcyclist dies on the Mérida-Cancún highway, one more was injured

Tragic dawn is reported on the Mérida-Cancún highway, Tahmek-Seyé section, when a truck carrying chickens rammed a motorcycle manned by Rogelio Dzul Ávila, who died at the scene, and José Mercedes Dzul, who suffered multiple injuries.

Due to the impact, the body of Dzul Ávila dismembered, spreading along several meters, which caused some cars passing by the place to drag him, which complicated the forensic work.

The driver of the vehicle that caused the accident was stopped at the checkpoint in Mérida. Witnesses at the scene point out that there were bloodstains and “pieces” of skin on the front of the vehicle, which alerted the police.
