Cancun and Isla Mujeres beaches, amongst the dirtiest in Mexico

In the ranking of the dirtiest beaches in Mexico, are the beaches Golfo de Santa Clara Machorro and Santa Clara Pueblo Palapa, in San Luis Colorado, Sonora; Playa Santiago in Manzanillo, Colima, and the beaches North and Center in Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo. This was announced by the Federal Commission for the Protection of Health Risks (COFEPRIS), the Secretariat of Health (SSA) and the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT).
