A large waterspout was seen Thursday morning slowly making its way across water in the municipality of Coatzacoalcos.
Civil Protection reported that the waterspout formed on the side of the seawall in the Villa de Allende neighborhood, later crossed the Coatzacoalcos River and ended up in Bella Vista, bringing with it strong gusts of wind.
The agency said minor damage was reported on some homes and schools, which they say, will be assessed. The image was captured on Webcams of Mexico where you can see the spout slowly moving along the waterway. There were no reports of injuries.
