Kansas City is prepared to move gasoline from EU to Mexico

The railroad Kansas City Southern of Mexico (KCSM) seeks to bring from the United States more than 120 tank cars to transport fuel to meet the shortage of energy that presents in various parts of the country.

Since December 27, the federal government has announced a plan to combat fuel theft, which has caused a crisis in the distribution of gasoline, diesel, and other energetics.

In addition, Kansas City Southern Mexico offered a type of tank-to-tank transfer – which would allow fuel to pass from one site to another – so that gasoline does not have to pass to Pemex storage terminals and move in less time.
