The body of an executed man was found rotten and half eaten by animals in a resident zone.
A report was made to 911 emergencies number yesterday at 9 AM: To the indicated location several police units arrived to confirm the crime.
The body was found tighed up and with his face covered by a white shirt, animals were taking parts of the body to feed on him, authorities sealed off the place to start with investigations.
