An alert was set to locate a young woman who disappeared at dawn on Sunday 16th in Cancun.
The request was to ask the collaboration of the citizenship to locate Ingrid Estephania Vazquez Arias, who measures around 162, light brown skin and dark brown eyes.
Due to this fact, the authorities launched the Alba Protocol, which offers all the characteristics of the 20-year-old girl.
In the past month of December, several girls have already disappeared around the city and so far, none of them have been found.
