The Mexican company Alsea concluded the acquisition to operate and develop Starbucks brand establishments in France.
It is estimated that the signing of the required contracts and closing of the transaction to acquire the rights of the brand in Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg (Benelux) will be completed within the first quarter of 2019.
