Alert for the Caribbean: foresee the great arrival of seaweed by 2019

The University of South Florida launched an alert call for the Caribbean due to the quantities of seaweed that can arrive in 2019, which could be greater than those affected in 2018 to Quintana Roo.
Rosa Rodriguez Martinez, a science teacher from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), who is part of the Technical Committee, informed that based on the distance at which the seaweed stains are currently present, her arrival in the Mexican Caribbean Sea could be in the first quarter of the year.
