A woman has been shot in a supermarket’s parking lot in Cancún

A woman was killed by at least two gunshots this Monday night, she was walking around a supermarket’s parking lot area, in the Supermanzana 218, between Chac Mool and Leona Vicario avenues.

The body was found lying face up in one parking stall, , the gunshots were reported to police at 9:00 pm.

First reports pointed out that the now deceased was intercepted in that place by armed individuals who then ran away in a motorcycle.

Supermarket’s parking lot was sealed off by police officers to start investigations.
