A man is waiting for his condemn for raping a girl in Cancun

The Attorney General’s Office reported that prosecutors specialized in Crimes Against Women and for Gender Reasons fail to condemn Jose Gregorio Santos Gutierrez, for the crimes of rape of a victim with reserved identity, as part of the inherent proceedings to the trial folder 47/2018.

The judge didn’t condemn Jose Santos for his cited rape crime, the events took place in April 2017 at an address in the Paraíso Maya subdivision, Jose is waiting for the individualization of sanctions in order to know the sentence to be purged.
