A couple gets shot on 247 Region in Cancun

A couple was injured after an attack recorded in the first minutes of Saturday, December 29 in the 247 Region of this city, authorities reported.

According to the first reports, the aggression was presented in a house in the seventh private “El Nogal” and went directly against the inhabitants of a house.

The incident is recorded hours after the 9-1-1 emergency number reported another assassination attempt in 107 Region, where the attackers fired several shots at a house in Paraiso Maya.

In both cases, the elements of the Municipal Police attended the report and according to testimonies from neighbors, armed individuals on board a motorcycle fired at a subject, who managed to escape, running through the streets of 107 Region, reaching to save himself, not so the couple who were injured in the 247 Region.
