30 kilos of marijuana seized at Cancun airport

Federal police report finding more than 30 kilos of marijuana bound for an address in the city of Cancun.

The discovery was made at a parcel company at the Cancun International Airport. Federal Police say the 30.6 kilos of marijuana were found distributed between three boxes. The boxes had left Huentitán El Bajo, Jalisco and were to be delivered to an address in Cancun.

The packages were seized and held for the Attorney General of the Republic.
